These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HelloAfterLight website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Wolfcraft AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

HelloAfterLight is an AI-powered coordination platform that helps families navigate the logistics after the loss of a loved one, including funeral and memorial coordination, estate administration guidance, and administrative task tracking. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized action plans, suggest next steps, and provide general information about post-loss processes.

2. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

The Service does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice. HelloAfterLight is an informational and organizational tool, not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisory firm, or licensed professional service.

• The information provided by the Service, including AI-generated plans, state-specific guidance, deadline estimates, and task recommendations, is for general informational purposes only.
• Estate laws, probate requirements, tax obligations, and related regulations vary by state and change over time. While we strive to keep our information current, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness for your specific situation.
• You should always consult with a licensed attorney, CPA, or other qualified professional before making legal, financial, or tax decisions based on any information provided through the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to generate personalized action plans, guidance, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• AI-generated content is based on general information and may not fully account for the specific nuances of your situation, state laws, or individual circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before acting on it.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following the guidance provided by the Service.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payment and Refunds

HelloAfterLight offers a free expert briefing and a one-time payment of $49.95 for full platform access. This is a one-time charge with no recurring subscription.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@helloafterlight.com. Refunds after 30 days are provided at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, models, or data of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content for commercial resale or to build a competing product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, knowledge base content, AI models, and software, is owned by HelloAfterLight and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Content you provide through the Service (such as onboarding responses) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for any actions you take or decisions you make based on information provided through the Service, including but not limited to:

• Missed deadlines for probate filings, tax returns, insurance claims, or other time-sensitive matters.
• Financial losses resulting from following AI-generated guidance.
• Consequences of not consulting a licensed professional when recommended.
• Inaccuracies in state-specific rules, deadline calculations, or legal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that the information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HelloAfterLight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. 13. Termination
